长三角一体化发展背景下安徽港口竞争力评价研究

摘要
构建科学合理的港口竞争力评价体系,对促进我国港口高质量发展具有重要意义.安徽省作为长三角一体化发展的重要成员,其港口的规划发展和竞争力提升对安徽经济发展和实现"安徽作为"有着重大的意义与价值.研究从腹地经济支持、港口硬件支持、港口运营能力、港口软环境支持、港口经营水平等 5 个维度构建安徽省港口竞争力评价指标体系.通过实证分析发现,港口硬件支持和腹地经济支持对安徽主要港口的竞争力水平影响最大,且主要港口的竞争力水平处于一般状态,依此提出了提升安徽港口竞争力水平的建议.
Abstract
Building a scientific and reasonable evaluation system of port competitiveness is of great significance to promote the high-quality development of China's ports.As an important member of the Yangtze River Delta integra-tion development,Anhui's port planning and development and competitiveness enhancement are of great significance and value to the economic development of Anhui Province and the realization of"Anhui Achievements".The evalu-ation index system of port competitiveness is constructed from five dimensions:hinterland economic support,port hardware support,port operation capability,port soft environment support and port operation level.Through the em-pirical analysis,it is found that the port hardware conditions and hinterland economic support have the greatest im-pact on the competitiveness of the main ports in Anhui Province.And the competitiveness level of major ports is in a general state.According to this,some suggestions are put forward to improve the competitiveness level of Anhui port.
