测绘工程专业教学团队建设的思考与实践——以宿州学院为例

摘要
本文介绍了宿州学院测绘工程专业教学团队的建设现状,论述了测绘工程专业教学团队在教学改革与创新、教材建设与研究、学生创新教育、科研项目、校外基地建设、国内外合作交流、工程实践能力培养等方面的建设成效,系统分析了测绘工程专业教学团队在建设过程中存在的问题,并提出测绘工程专业教学团队的建设思路和措施,以期为省内外同类高校测绘工程专业教学团队的建设和研究提供一定的参考和借鉴.
Abstract
This paper first introduced the basic overview of the teaching team of surveying and mapping engineering in Suzhou University;then it discussed the construction achievements of the surveying and mapping engineering teaching team in teaching reform and innovation,textbook construction and research,student innovation education,scientific research projects,off-campus base construction,domestic and foreign cooperation and exchange,engi-neering practice ability training,etc.The problems existing in the construction of the teaching team were analyzed,and the ideas and measures for the construction of surveying and mapping engineering teaching team were proposed.The research results can provide a certain reference for the construction and research of the teaching team of surve-ying and mapping engineering in similar universities inside and outside the province.
