红色文化资源具有印证历史、资政育人、推动发展等多种功能和作用,数字和信息技术在红色文化资源的保护和管理、传播和展示、开发和利用等方面成效显著.皖北地区红色文化资源数量丰富、分量厚重,利用数字和信息技术保护、管理、开发红色文化资源意义重大,刻不容缓.因此,需要在把握现状的基础上,革新思想观念,提高思想认识;加大统筹协调,增强支持力度;明确发展目标,厘清建设思路;遵循正确原则,抓住关键和重点,进行扎实有序地推进.
Abstract
Red cultural resources have multiple functions and roles,such as verifying history,providing political and educational support,and promoting development.Digital and information technologies have achieved significant re-sults in the protection,management,dissemination,display,development,and utilization of red cultural resources.The red cultural resources in the north Anhui region are considerable in both quantity and quality.The use of digital and information technology to protect,manage,and develop red cultural resources is of great significance and ur-gent.It is necessary to reform ideological concepts,improve ideological awareness,increase overall coordination,en-hance support,clarify development goals,clarify construction ideas,follow correct principles,grasp key and impor-tant points,and carry out solid and orderly promotion on the basis of grasping the current situation.
