Innovation and Practice of Online and Offline Blended Teaching in College Practical Training Courses:Taking the Course of Body Etiquette Training as an Example
To improve the teaching effectiveness of practical training courses in universities,this paper studies the online and offline blended teaching,taking the course Body Etiquette Training as an example.It analyzes the "pain points"of current practical training courses,such as insufficient high-level design of teaching content,limited tea-ching method for practical training,difficulty in targeted guidance,limited quantification of process learning,insuffi-cient value guidance and single assessment and evaluation.Through reform and practice,a teaching innovation mo-del has been explored and formed,which includes modularization of content,experiential teaching methods,online and offline blended closed-loop teaching,integration of ideological and political education,and double-layer teaching evaluation.According to the modular and hierarchical reconstruction of teaching content based on "knowledge,abili-ty,use,and creation",the experiential teaching method is used to reshape the "personalized and evaluable"blen-ded closed-loop teaching process.A design of ideological and political education with "one initial intention,two main lines,three tasks,four dimensions and five integrations"is carried out.A double-layer evaluation system com-bining comprehensive evaluation and positive guidance is adopted.The etiquette skills and literacy of students have significantly improved.
