Implicit Manifestation of Ideological and Political Education in College English Teaching:A Practical Study Based on the BOPPPS Teaching Model
Based on the Implicit Education theory and BOPPPS teaching model,this paper takes College English les-sons as an example to analyze the realization path of ideological and political education in College English courses from six aspects:teaching introduction,teaching objectives,pre-class testing,participatory learning,after-class tes-ting and after-class summary,and verifies the teaching effect by means of measuring students'class performance and final exam grades and conducting questionnaires.It is concluded that the practical teaching based on BOPPPS model has a good teaching effect,but the students'critical thinking ability and learning initiative still need to be streng-thened.On this basis,some suggestions are put forward for the teaching of ideological and political education of Col-lege English course,which are digging deep into the ideological and political elements of the course,adopting flexi-ble and diverse teaching methods,and innovating classroom teaching methods.
