摘要
顶尖科研人才是学术研究与创新的主体,科学地评价顶尖科研人才,能够积极促进人才引进和管理、推动知识创新和提升学科竞争力.文本以2022年入选的安徽高被引科学家作为顶尖科研人才样本,选取WOS论文数、篇均被引、CNCI、H指数、平均百分位、国际合作、国内合作等7个指标构建安徽顶尖科研人才学术影响力评价指标体系,运用因子分析方法对评价指标体系中7个指标数据进行指标加权和筛选,对安徽省顶尖科研人才学术影响力进行评估,综合分析得出结果,并以此提出一些改善建议,为安徽省各领域顶尖科研人才的培养、选拔和使用提供标准和路径借鉴.
Abstract
Top scientific research talents are the main body of academic research and innovation,and scientific and correct evaluation of top scientific research talents can actively promote the introduction and management of talents,promote knowledge innovation and enhance the competitiveness of disciplines.This paper takes the highly cited sci-entists in Anhui selected in 2022 as the sample of top scientific research talents,selects seven indicators such as the number of WOS papers,average citations,CNCI,H-index,average percentile,international cooperation,domestic co-operation,etc.to construct the evaluation index system of academic influence of top scientific research talents in An-hui,and applies the method of factor analysis to weight and screen the data of the seven indexes in the evaluation in-dex system,and evaluate the academic influence of the top scientific research talents in Anhui.Using factor analysis method,the seven-indicator data in the evaluation index system are weighted and screened to evaluate the academic influence of top scientific research talents in Anhui Province.The comprehensive analysis results are obtained,and corresponding improvement suggestions are proposed based on this,providing standards and path references for the cultivation,selection,and use of top scientific research talents in various fields in Anhui Province.
