摘要
通过对当前宿州市推进长三角一体化发展工作情况的梳理,发现宿州市高质量发展仍存在经济发展难、工业势头弱、资源要素紧、项目转化慢、园区能级低、企业体量小、合作共建平台少等问题.因此,借鉴国内外的区域发展经验,提出推进与沪苏浙地区共建合作、开展招商与项目工作机制、建设产业承接载体平台、推进公共服务资源要素共享等建议,以期助力宿州构筑融入长三角区域一体化高质量发展的基本路径,实现跨越式发展,为以宿州为代表的长三角区域经济的"非中心区城市"有效融入长三角一体化提供借鉴.
Abstract
Through the review of the current situation of promoting the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta in Suzhou City,it is found that there are still problems with high-quality development in Suzhou,such as diffi-culties in economic development,weak industrial momentum,tight resource factors,slow project conversion,low level of industrial parks,small size of enterprises,and few cooperation and co-construction platforms.Therefore,drawing on the research and experience of regional development at home and abroad,suggestions are proposed to promote joint construction and cooperation with the Shanghai,Jiangsu and Zhejiang region,establish investment and project work mechanisms,build industrial undertaking carrier platforms,and promote the sharing of public service resource elements,in order to help Suzhou build a basic path for high-quality development integrated into the Yangtze River Delta region,achieve leapfrog development,and provide reference for the rational integration of"non-central area cities"represented by Suzhou into the Yangtze River Delta region's economy.
