In order to achieve the goal of"increasing the supply of elderly care services,transforming and increa-sing the capacity of property enterprises,and improving the quality and efficiency of community governance",the"community+property+elderly care services"model is proposed;the necessity and feasibility of implementing the model are analyzed,and then the operation ideas of the model and the required policy support are expounded,which adds a choice for the people to solve the problem of"distress and urgency"for the elderly and solve the dilemma of"two children raising four elders",which is realistically feasible.
