摘要
抓好"一融双高"是新时代赋予高校党建工作的新使命和新要求.推进高校党建"一融双高",高校必须准确把握其内涵要求,在党建和发展融合方面突出政治性、坚持协同性、抓好实效性.目前,高校党建还面临着教职工参与主动性不高、基层党务工作队伍建设专业化不强、融合发展的体制机制不完善等问题.推进高校党建"一融双高"需从高校发展实际出发,坚持突出党建引领、遵循融合发展规律、坚持发展成果检验等原则,在思想融合、组织融合和机制融合上持续发力.
Abstract
To push forward the "One Integration and Two Promotions"is a new mission and requirement given to the party construction in universities in the new era.It is necessary to accurately grasp its connotation requirements,highlight political significance,value synergy,and focus on practical results in the integration between party con-struction and development.Currently party construction in universities still faces such problems as low initiative of staff participation,weak professionalization of grassroots party work team construction,and imperfect institutional mechanisms for integrated development.To promote "One Integration and Two Promotions"of party construction in universities,it is expected to adhere to the principles of highlighting party leadership,follow the law of integrated de-velopment,and adhere to the principle of testing of development achievements,and make efforts in ideological inte-gration,organizational integration,and mechanism integration continuously.
