"流空间"视角下皖北地区城乡融合发展格局与路径分析

摘要
城乡要素流动有助于缩小城乡差距,推动城乡融合发展.基于"流空间"视角,构建皖北地区城乡融合发展水平评价指标体系,利用2012-2021 年统计数据,构建模型并利用Arcgis软件分析皖北地区城乡融合发展空间格局.结果表明:皖北地区城乡融合水平稳步提升,但人口、空间、社会和资金融合的整体水平较低;城乡融合发展水平在空间和时序上表现为显著正相关集聚,且各地级市城乡融合发展水平朝着更加均衡的方向发展.为推动皖北地区城乡融合发展,从人才要素互动、缩小城乡收入差距、推动城乡公共服务均等化、促进城乡空间融合等方面提出了具体发展路径.
Abstract
The flow of urban and rural factors helps to narrow the urban-rural gap and promote integrated urban-rural development.Based on the perspective of "flow space",an evaluation index system for the level of urban-rural inte-gration development in North Anhui was constructed.Using statistical data from 2012 to 2021,a model was construc-ted and Arcgis software was used to analyze the spatial pattern of urban-rural integration development in North An-hui.The results showed that the level of urban-rural integration in North Anhui has steadily improved,but the overall level of population,spatial,social,and financial integration is relatively low;the level of urban-rural integration de-velopment shows significant positive correlation clustering in space and time,and the level of urban-rural integration development in various cities is developing towards a more balanced direction.To promote the integrated develop-ment of urban and rural areas in North Anhui,specific development paths have been proposed from the aspects of talent interaction,reducing urban-rural income gap,promoting equalization of urban and rural public services,and urban-rural spatial integration.
