Empirical Study on the Relationship Between Physical Exercise Behavior and Psychological Resilience of the Vulnerable Groups of College Students in Sports
In order to further explore the development of psychological resilience of disadvantaged groups in college sports,this paper conducted an empirical research on the relationship between physical exercise and psychological resilience of disadvantaged groups in college sports using methods such as literature review,questionnaire survey,expert interviews,and mathematical statistics.The research results indicate that there are significant differences in physical exercise intensity,frequency,and behavior between genders;there are significant differences in exercise in-tensity,frequency,and physical exercise behavior in terms of place of birth;there is no statistical difference in the causes of sports weakness and professional background;there is a significant positive correlation between the physi-cal exercise behavior of disadvantaged groups in college sports and indicators of psychological resilience,such as e-motional control,goal focus,positive cognition,family support,and interpersonal assistance;the physical exercise be-havior of disadvantaged groups in college sports has a certain predictive effect on their psychological resilience,in-cluding emotional control,goal focus,positive cognition,family support,and interpersonal assistance altogether.The level of psychological resilience of disadvantaged groups in college sports increases with the level of physical exer-cise.
