摘要
发掘临涣古镇的历史风貌和地域文化特色,并将其打造为皖北历史文化特色小镇,是实现临涣古镇保护与发展良性循环的有效途径.调研发现,临涣镇保护与发展存在缺乏系统规划、古建筑遗址保护不到位、地域特色不鲜明和公共设施不完善等问题.对此,文本提出临涣镇的保护与发展须坚持系统性、地域性、原真性和协调性的原则,并在此基础上确定了临涣镇保护与发展的具体思路:系统性规划保护区范围、分类保护与修缮古镇建筑、重塑古镇特色风貌、优化古镇交通和公共环境.
Abstract
Exploring the historical features and regional cultural characteristics of Linhuan Ancient Town and trans-forming it into a historical and cultural town with distinctive features in north Anhui is an effective way to achieve a virtuous cycle of protection and development for Linhuan Ancient Town.The research found that there are issues with lack of systematic planning,inadequate protection of ancient architectural sites,unclear regional characteris-tics,and imperfect public facilities in the protection and development of Linhuan Town.In response,this paper pro-poses that the protection and development of Linhuan Town should adhere to the principles of systematicness,re-gionalism,authenticity,and coordination.Based on this,specific ideas for the protection and development of Linhuan Town are determined:systematically planning the scope of protected areas,classified protection and repair of ancient town buildings,reshaping the characteristic features of the ancient town,and optimizing the traffic and public envi-ronment of the ancient town.
