Research on the Two-way Integration of Ideological and Political Courses and the Construction of Teacher'Party Branches in Higher Education Institutions
To further improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education in university courses,this paper expounds on the dialectical relationship between ideological and political education in courses and the construction of teacher party branches.It analyzes the practical issues that exist in the two-way integration and construction:the insignificant role of professional course teacher party branches in ideological and political education in courses,the formalization in the process of ideological and political education in courses,and the weakening of organizational management in some teacher party branches,which affects the effectiveness of ideological and political education in courses.Based on this,the paper proposes a path for achieving high-quality integration of ideological and political education in courses and the construction of teacher party branches:focusing on top-level design to provide guaran-tees for the two-way integration of ideological and political education in courses and the construction of teacher party branches;focusing on theoretical construction to provide a theoretical basis for the professionalization of ideological and political education in courses;focusing on grassroots implementation to lead the high-quality development of i-deological and political education in courses through the construction of high-quality teacher party branches.
