The Impact of Rural Digital Infrastructure Construction on Low-carbon Agricultural Development:Taking Anhui Province as an Example
In the context of the "Double Carbon"goal and digital agriculture and rural construction, exploring the impact of rural digital infrastructure construction on agricultural carbon emissions and fully leveraging the role of ru-ral digital infrastructure can help promote low-carbon development in agriculture. This paper selects data from all cities in Anhui Province from 2013 to 2022,and constructs an evaluation index system to measure the level of rural digital infrastructure construction and agricultural carbon emissions in Anhui Province. The spatial Durbin model is used to empirically analyze the impact and spatial spillover effects of rural digital infrastructure construction on agri-cultural carbon emissions in Anhui Province.Research has found that the construction of rural digital infrastructure in Anhui Province can effectively reduce agricultural carbon emissions, and the carbon reduction effect in the agri-cultural sector has significant spatial spillover effects and regional heterogeneity. Therefore, relevant policy recom-mendations are proposed to promote low-carbon development of agriculture in Anhui Province.
