Empirical Research on the Influencing Factors of University Talent Resources Management:Based on the DEMATEL Method
Talents in colleges and universities play an important role in social advice and intellectual support.Talent resources management has become the top priority of university construction.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the influencing factors of talent resources for college construction.Through literature research,questionnaire survey and other forms,nine factors affecting the talent resources of colleges and universities are obtained,and the talents of different types of colleges and universities are surveyed and statistically analyzed and each index is scored.By using the DEMATEL method,the cause degree and centrality of the influencing factors are calculated,and the key influencing factors are identified.It is concluded that talent training,incentive mechanism and retire-ment reemployment mechanism are the key influencing factors of talent resources in colleges and universities,and according to these three influencing factors,the targeted measures of talent resources management in colleges and u-niversities are put forward.
