Exploring the improvement of the effectiveness of ideological and political education ion colleges and universities from the perspective of teachers'professional identity
The professional identity of college teachers in ideological and political education reflects their adherence to Marxist beliefs,their recognition of their responsibility to educate students,and their recognition of the requirements of professional skills.The effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is embodied in the firm belief of Marxism among teachers and students,the improvement of teachers'satisfaction,and the strengthening of students'sense of acquisition.Research data show that all elements of the professional identity of college teachers in ideological and political education have significant predictive and influential effects on the practical manifestations of teachers'teaching effectiveness.Therefore,enhancing the professional identity of college teachers in ideological and political education can and should be an effective strategy and direction for improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
