It is of great significance to construct an effective labor education operation mechanism to improve the quality of labor education in higher vocational education.Through analyzing the elements of the labor education operation mechanism and conducting an investigation and analysis on the current status of labor education in higher vocational colleges in Guangdong Province,this paper explores the construction of a four-dimensional linkage of content,form,evaluation,and resources in vocational colleges,as well as the four-ring collaboration of organizational leadership,teacher construction,supervision and implementation,and safety assurance,in order to achieve the comprehensive educational goal of labor education.
