"红旗河"调水方案的制约因素与中国西北干旱治理对策

回顾"红旗河"调水方案提出的背景以及方案构想,认为"红旗河"调水方案有几个制约因素:旱区引水灌溉导致土壤盐渍化、旱区大量水蒸发加强下风半干旱地区侵蚀降雨和水土流失、远距离悬河与干旱区明渠引水的泄漏和蒸耗,并提出治理我国西北干旱的对策:找出西北干旱的起源点——罗布泊,将罗布泊及其周围地区作为扭转西北干旱生态的关键点,采用改进的古老旱区引水技术,将水经地下引到罗布泊及其周围,筑起一道强大的水幕屏障,同时改善盆地内的地下水水质.
Potential pitfalls in " Hongqi River" water transfer proposal and drought management in Northwest China
The "Hongqi River" water transfer proposal and its background are reviewed.Several potential pitfalls in this proposal are discussed,including soil salinization by irrigation in arid areas,hazard rainfall and soil erosion caused by significant water evaporation in upwind arid area,and water leakage and evaporation losses due to long distance transfer through a man-made hanging river.This paper attributes the desertification in Northwest China to the Lop Nur dry up.As a remediation,water must be brought back to the Lop Nur and its surrounding areas.Underground canals(similar as karez)can be used to transfer water from west Tarim Basin to Lop Nur so that the normal atmospheric humidity distribution can be restored.At the same time,the quality of the underground water in the basin will be improved.
