Assembly patterns of bacterial community in roots of Vallisneria natans under different substrate conditions
Through laboratory test, different substrate conditions were simulated and the assembly patterns and functional changes of the bacterial community in the roots of Vallisneria natans were studied. The results show that changes in substrate conditions have a significant impact on the rhizosphere bacterial community of Vallisneria natans(p=0.003),especially under substrate conditions with the addition of organic matter and plant rhizosphere growth promoting bacteria.Although there is a strong correlation between the rhizosphere bacterial community and the endophytic bacterial community, the assembly process of the endophytic bacterial community has higher certainty, and the assembly process of the rhizosphere bacterial community is more susceptible to environmental factors superimposed outside the plant host. The functional prediction results indicate that under the conditions of adding organic matter and plant rhizosphere growth promoting bacteria, the bacterial community in the roots of Vallisneria natans has higher metabolic activity, which is more conducive to the enrichment of beneficial bacterial communities in the roots of Vallisneria natans.
