摘要
多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)是临床常见的女性内分泌疾病,是导致女性不孕症的原因之一,影响女性健康的多个方面.目前医学界对该病发病机制的研究仍没有明确定论.自噬作为一种进化上保守、高度调节的分解代谢过程,能够影响卵泡生长,调控子宫内膜功能,与PCOS中高雄激素血症、胰岛素抵抗、肥胖、慢性炎症、氧化应激等内分泌代谢紊乱密切相关.本文对近几年文献报道的关于自噬在PCOS发病机制中的研究情况进行了综述,以期对PCOS、不孕症等生殖相关疾病的临床诊疗提供新思路.
Abstract
Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a common clinical female endocrine disease,which is one of the causes of female infertility and affects many aspects of female health.At present,there is still no definite conclusion on the pathogenesis of this disease.As an evolutionarily conserved and highly regulated catabolic process,autophagy can affect follicle growth and regulate endometrial function,and is closely related to endocrine and metabolic disorders such as hyperandrogenemia,insulin resistance,obesity,chronic inflammation and oxidative stress in PCOS.In this paper,the studies on autophagy in the pathogenesis of PCOS reported in recent years were reviewed,in order to provide new ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of PCOS,infertility and other reproductive diseases.
