A case report of fertility-sparing of patient with uterine malignant mixed germ cell tumor
Objective To summarize the experience in fertility-sparing of a patient with uterine malignant mixed germ cell tumor.Methods This article mainly reported a case of fertility preservation in uterine malignant mixed germ cell tumor,it's clinical characteristics and literature review was analyzed.Results After the end of chemotherapy,the patient's ovarian function recovered and her menstrual cycle returned to normal.No sign of tumor recurrence after 5 years follow-up was found.Conclusion Uterine malignant mixed germ cell tumors were rare,its treatment was still inconclusive and fertility-sparing required comprehensive evaluation and close monitoring.
