摘要
多囊卵巢综合征患者典型特征之一是体内高雄激素分泌.其妊娠期母体过量睾酮水平不仅影响女性后代生殖健康,也影响男性后代生殖健康.本文主要针对PCOS患者妊娠期母源性睾酮暴露影响男性胎儿生殖发育及精子发生的机制进行综述,为妊娠期高雄激素影响男性后代生殖健康的机制研究与临床干预提供参考.
Abstract
High androgen levels are one of the typical features of patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome.Excessive prenatal testosterone not only affects the reproductive health of female offspring,but also affects male reproductive health.This article reviews the mechanisms of excessive prenatal testosterone affecting reproductive development and spermatogenesis on male offspring.This article aims to provide reference for the mechanism research and clinical intervention of excessive prenatal testosterone affecting reproductive health of male offspring.
