摘要
卵泡膜细胞不仅为卵泡的完整性提供支持,还在卵泡发育、闭锁及优势卵泡选择和排卵中发挥至关重要的作用.尽管卵泡膜细胞在女性生殖过程中起到重要作用,但目前针对该类细胞发育、起源及其干细胞的相关研究非常稀少.卵泡膜干细胞的研究不仅能让我们深入了解卵泡膜细胞的募集、生长和分化过程,也能使我们尝试通过卵泡膜干细胞制备高活性的卵泡膜细胞,这对人类卵巢疾病的诊断、预防和治疗以及再生医学都具有重要的临床意义.本文就卵泡膜细胞功能、来源以及卵泡膜干细胞研究进展作一综述,同时也简单介绍单细胞测序技术在卵巢干细胞研究领域中的应用,为进一步探索卵巢卵泡发育机制、病理改变和疾病治疗等方面提供参考.
Abstract
Follicular theca cells not only provide support for the integrity of follicles,but also play a crucial role in follicular development,atresia,selection of dominant follicles,and ovulation.Although theca cells play an important role in female reproductive processes,research on their development,origin,and stem cells origin is currently very scarce.The study of theca stem cells not only allows us to gain a deeper understanding of the recruitment,growth,and differentiation of theca cells,but also helps us to make functional theca cells from theca stem cells.These studies will have significance impacts on the diagnosis,prevention,and treatment of human ovarian diseases,as well as regenerative medicine.This article provides a brief review of the functions,sources,and research progress of theca cells,as well as a brief introduction of the application of single-cell RNA-sequencing technology in the field of ovarian stem cell research.It provides a reference for further exploration of the mechanisms of ovarian follicle development,pathological changes,and disease treatment.
