The Battle of Nanjing is an important anti-Qing battle under Zheng Chenggong's command.Zheng's army once besieged Nanjing,causing a heavy blow to the Qing government,but eventually defeated.The cause of the defeat can be attributed to many aspects,which have been widely discussed by the academic circles.This article only conducts textual research and analysis of Zheng Chenggong's marching route of the Battle of Nanjing,discusses the three issues in the process of marching,and seeks other factors in the failure of the battle.
