Modern leadership research in The Art of War presents a"theoretical jungle"state,which fails to fully or systematically reflect its theoretical viewpoints.This article uses the theoretical framework of"dynamic system view of leadership"—"leadership environment--leadership psychology--leadership behavior--leadership performance"to compare The Art of War,and finds that the leadership content in it is consistent with the framework,which further deepens the understanding of the book from content to system,and promotes the integration of modern leadership theory with the leadership theory in The Art of War.
