线索细胞法检查对细菌性阴道病的诊断价值

摘要
目的 探讨线索细胞法检查对细菌性阴道病(BV)的诊断价值.方法 对350例疑似BV患者的阴道分泌物分别用Amsel法、线索细胞法、Nugent评分法进行检测,以Amsel法的检测结果为标准,其他二种方法与之进行比较.结果 Amsel法检出BV阳性217例,线索细胞法阳性225例,其中真阳性203例,Nugent评分阳性227例,其中真阳性207例.线索细胞法诊断BV的敏感度94.4％,特异度83.7％,诊断效率90.3％；Nugent评分敏感度95.8％,特异度85.1％,诊断效率91.7％.二种方法与Amsel法比较,以上指标差异均无统计学意义(均P＞0.05).结论 以线索细胞法作为诊断BV的标准,具有操作简便快速、结果准确、易于规范的特点,可作为阴道分泌物常规检查项目在临床开展应用.
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the diagnosis with the clue cell inspection for bacterial vaginosis ( BV). Methods Three hundred and fifty patients suspected with BV were respectively tested with Am-sel method .clue cell method and Nugent score method to inspect their vaginal secretion, and the Amsel method test results were taken as the standard, the other two methods were compared with the standard. Results There were 217 positive cases with Amsel method inspection; there were 225 positive cases with clue cell inspection, of which 203 cases were true positive; there were 227 positive cases with Nugent score method inspection, of which 207 cases were true positive. The diagnostic sensitivity ,specificity and diagnostic efficiency of the clue cell method were 94.4% ,83.7% and 90.3% respectively;The diagnostic sensitivity ,specificity and diagnostic efficiency of the Nugent score method were 95. 8% ,85.1% and 91. l% respectively. There was no significant difference between the two menthods and the Amsel methed (P >0. 05). Conclusions The clue cell method is simple and accurate and easy to operate, to regulate ,as bacterial vaginosis diagnostic criteria also can be used as a vaginal secretion conventional test project in clinical application.
