Objective To study the exercise effects on oxyradical and autophagy levels of muscle in the adult mouse. Methods Take skeletal muscles and myocardia from two groups of mice ( experimental group and control group) that exercised for two months and be killed. Detect the skeletal muscle' s SOD and MDA levels so as to observe the oxyradical levels; Using Western blot to detect the levels of skeletal muscle, myocardial LC3, p62 protein, so as to observe the changes of autophagy level. Results The mouse muscle' s SOD level of experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, but MDA level was significantly lower than the control group (all P<0.01) ; the skeletal muscle LC3-H/ LC3- I in experimental group was higher than the control group of about 14% , p62 was lower than the control group of about 40% ; the myocardial LC3-II/ LC3- I of experimental was higher than the control group of about 20% , p62 was significantly lower about 30% (all P <0.05). Conclusion Exercise could improve skeletal muscle antioxidant enzyme activity, activation of skeletal muscle and cardiac autophagy, tips for moving anti-aging related to autophagy activation.
