人脑星形细胞瘤中VEGF和NET-1蛋白的表达及其与瘤内血管生长、肿瘤分级的相关性

摘要
目的 研究NET-1蛋白、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在脑星形细胞瘤中的表达及其与肿瘤血管的临床病理特征的相关性.方法 采用免疫组织化学技术检测脑星形细胞瘤活检标本中NET-1和VEGF的表达,单因素分析与肿瘤中微血管密度(MVD)的相关性,Spearman分析指标之间的相关性.结果 NET-1和VEGF在人脑星形细胞瘤表达的阳性率分别为63.33% (38/60)、58.33% (35/60),两者在肿瘤病变低级别组与高级别组间的表达差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);MVD均数在NET-1和VEGF不同表达强度的组间差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05).结论 NET-1和VEGF在人脑星形细胞瘤的高级别肿瘤中的表达显著高于低级别肿瘤,并与肿瘤中的MVD成显著相关性,因此对脑星形细胞瘤的分级具有潜在的诊断价值.
Abstract
Objective To observe the expression and clinical significance of NET-1 protein, vascular endothelial growth factor ( VEGF) in human astrocytic tumors and study their relevance with tumor angiogenesis and grade. Methods The expression of NET-1 and VEGF in astrocytic tumors was detected with immunohistochemical techniques, and the correlation between the expression of NET-1 and VEGF and tumor microvascular density (MVD) was analized by univariate analysis and spearman. Results The expression rate of NET-1 and VEGF in cerebral astrocytoma was 63. 33% (38/60) and 58. 33% ( 35/60 ) respectively and the difference between low-grade and high-grade neoplasia group was significant ( all P <0. 05). The averages of MVD in the groups in which NET-1 and VEGF showed different expression intensity showed the significant differences statistically (P <0.05). Conclusion The expression of both NET-1 and VEGF in high-grade cerebral astrocytoma is significantly higher than that in the low-grade , and has significant correlation with MVD. Therefore, the expression of NET-1 and VEGF has potential diagnostic value for the grading of cerebral astrocytoma.
