胰腺癌组织中基质金属蛋白酶MMP9的表达及其临床意义

目的 探讨基质金属蛋白酶MMP9在胰腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义.方法 采用免疫组织化学技术检测MMP9在11例正常胰腺组织和88例胰腺癌组织中的表达.结果 免疫组织化学结果显示胰腺癌组织中MMP9的表达显著高于正常组织(P<0.01).MMP9的表达和胰腺癌的临床TNM分期、淋巴结转移均成正相关(均P<0.01),与生存时间成负相关(P<0.01),而与肿瘤部位和病理分级均无关(均P>0.05).经COX回归分析显示MMP9表达与胰腺癌预后成负相关(P<0.01).结论 MMP9在胰腺癌的发生、发展和转移中扮演着重要角色,在治疗过程中对其进行检测有助于对胰腺癌患者的预后进行评估.
Objective To investigate the expression of matrix metalloproteinase MMP9 in the pancreatic ductal adenocacinoma(PDAC) and its clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemistry staining was performed to examine expressions of MMP9 in 11 normal pancreatic tissues and 88 specimens of the pancreatic adenocarcinoma. Results Immunohistochemistry staining revealed expression of MMP9 protein was significantly higher than that in the normal pancreatic tissues(P <0. 01). The expression of MMP9 was positivly correlated with TNM stage and lymph node metastasis ( P < 0. 01 ) , negativly correlated with survival time (P < 0. 01 ) , but there was no evident difference in tumor location and pathologic grade (P >0.05). Analytic results of COX regression showed that the expression of MMP9 was positivly correlated with prognosis of pancreatic carcinoma (P < 0. 01). Conclusion MMP9 plays an important role in the pathogenesis, development and metastasis of pancreatic cancer. Examining MMP9 is useful for assessing the prognosis for PDAC during therapy.
