m6A甲基化修饰在女性生殖系统中的作用及研究进展

N6-甲基腺苷(m6A)修饰是RNA中最丰富的表观遗传修饰方式,动态可逆地调控各种生命过程。近期研究表明,m6A甲基化修饰及其调控因子在卵泡发育过程中必不可少,m6A甲基化修饰失调会导致女性生殖系统疾病,包括多囊卵巢综合征、早发性卵巢功能不全、卵巢衰老甚至宫颈癌、子宫内膜癌和卵巢癌等妇科恶性肿瘤。本文对m6A甲基化修饰作用于卵泡发育过程和女性生殖系统疾病发生发展过程的相关研究进展作一综述,系统介绍m6A甲基化酶及其调控因子在卵泡发育和生殖系统疾病发生发展中的作用机制,旨在为女性生殖系统疾病预防、早期诊断和治疗提供新的检测方法和研究方向。
The role and research progress of m6 A methylation modification in the female reproductive system
N6-methyladenosine(m6 A)modification is the most abundant epigenetic modification in RNA,which dynamically and reversibly regulates various life processes.Recent studies have shown that m6A modifiers and regulators are essential for follicular development.Dysregulation of m6A modification can lead to diseases of the female reproductive system,including polycystic ovary syndrome,primary ovarian insufficiency,ovarian aging and even gynecological malignancies such as cervical,endometrial and ovarian cancer.This article reviews the research progress of m6A methylation in the process of follicular development and the occurrence and development of female reproductive system diseases,and systematically introduces the mechanism of m6A methylase and its regulators in the process of follicular development as well as the occurrence and development of female reproductive system diseases,in order to provide new detection methods and research directions for the prevention,early diagnosis and treatment of female reproductive system diseases.
