Progress in mechanism research of alloimmune dysfunction in recurrent pregnancy loss
Recurrent pregnancy loss(RPL),which has an incidence of 2%~5%women of childbearing age,is a reproductive disease caused by multiple etiologies and seriously, endangers the physical and mental health of patients.A growing number of studies have shown that alloimmune dysfunctions are involved in the development of RPL by affecting immune homeostasis at the maternal-fetal interface, endometrial decidualization, trophoblast apoptosis and placental angiogenesis.Innate immune abnormalities including abnormal numbers and activities of natural killer cells, macrophages and dendritic cells and adaptive immune abnormalities including abnormal numbers and activities of CD4+helper T cells(Th1,Th2 and Th17),CD4+CD25+Foxp3+regulatory T cells,CD8+T cells,γδ-T cells,CD19+regulatory B cells and cytokines together constitute the immune disorder model of alloimmune RPL,but the specific mechanism needs to further investigate. This article reviews the current alloimmunization etiological mechanism researches and progress of RPL.
