摘要
子宫内膜异位症(EMs)是一种具有恶性肿瘤特征的良性疾病,严重影响患者的生活质量,增加患者的医疗、经济负担.目前子宫内膜异位症的发病机制不明,临床治疗效果欠佳.近年来发现,miR-200家族在多种疾病的发病中发挥着重要的作用.有研究表明,miR-200家族在EMs中存在差异表达并稳定存在,认为其在EMs发病过程中起重要作用,但作用机制尚不明确.本文就有关miR-200家族与EMs相关性的研究进行综述,为进一步研究及临床治疗EMs提供新思路.
Abstract
Endometriosis(EMs)is a benign disease with malignant tumor characteristics,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients and increases their medical and economic burden.The pathogenesis of endometriosis is currently unknown and clinical treatment is poor.In recent years,it has been found that the miR-200 family plays an important role in the pathogenesis of various diseases.Some studies have shown that the miR-200 family is differentially expressed and stable in EMs,and it is believed that it plays an important role in the pathogenesis of EMs,but the mechanism is still unclear.In this paper,we review the correlations of miR-200 family with EMs,providing new ideas for further research and clinical treatment of EMs.
