Progress in the correlation between miR-200 family and endometriosis
Endometriosis(EMs)is a benign disease with malignant tumor characteristics, which seriously affects the quality of life of patients and increases their medical and economic burden. The pathogenesis of endometriosis is currently unknown and clinical treatment is poor.In recent years,it has been found that the miR-200 family plays an important role in the pathogenesis of various diseases. Some studies have shown that the miR-200 family is differentially expressed and stable in EMs,and it is believed that it plays an important role in the pathogenesis of EMs,but the mechanism is still unclear. In this paper,we review the correlations of miR-200 family with EMs,providing new ideas for further research and clinical treatment of EMs.
