Research progress of hyperandrogenism in polycystic ovary syndrome
Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is the most common reproductive endocrine disease in women of childbearing age,which affects women's fertility,metabolism and cardiovascular system.However,due to its heterogeneity and complexity of mechanism,most clinical treatment strategies are temporary and imperfect for symptoms,resulting in dissatisfied outcomes.Hyperandrogenism(HA)is the core of clinical manifestations and biochemical indications of PCOS.Therefore,this article mainly summarizes the mechanism and effective treatment related to PCOS-HA in recent years to provide a reference for clinical intervention.
