目的 评估当归类方与西药治疗子宫内膜异位症的疗效与安全性。方法 在建库至2023年10月21日的时间范围内，检索国家知识基础设施数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库(WanfangData)、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、Pubmed、Cochrane Library、Embase以及Web of Science，收集当归类方与西药治疗子宫内膜异位症的随机对照研究。对纳入的研究采用Cochrane风险偏倚评估工具进行质量评价，并使用RevMan 5。4。1进行数据分析。结果 共纳入16篇对比了当归类方与西药治疗子宫内膜异位症的随机对照试验文献。Meta分析结果显示，当归类方组在治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床总有效率、临床症状评分、性激素水平和血清炎症因子指标及临床安全性均优于西药组(P＜0。01)。结论 在治疗子宫内膜异位症时，使用当归类方比选用西药治疗更加安全，并且其实际治疗效果也显著，但是当前相关研究成果数量还比较少，未来还需更多研究来对其进行验证。
Efficacy and safety of prescriptions based on Angelica sinensis for Endometriosis:A meta-analysis
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of prescriptions based on Angelica sinensis and western medications in the treatment of endometriosis.Methods:Up until October 21,2023,a systematic search was conducted within the duration by retrieving relevant studies from the databases of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Med Online,VIP Chinese Science and Technology Journals Database,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database(CBM),PubMed,Cochrane Library,Embase,and Web of Science.The included studies underwent quality assessment using the"Cochrane Risk of Bias Assessment Tool,"and a meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.4.1.Results:A total of 16 randomized controlled trials comparing prescriptions based on Angelica sinensis with western medications in the treatment of endometriosis were included.The results of meta-analysis showed that the total clinical effective rate,clinical symptom score,sex hormone levels,serum inflammatory factor indices and clinical safety of the prescriptions based on Angelica sinensis in the treatment of endometriosis were better than those of the western medications(P＜0.01).Conclusions:In the treatment of endometriosis,the use of prescriptions based on Angelica sinensis is considered safer and has demonstrated significant therapeutic effects compared to the use of Western medications.However,the existing research on this topic is relatively limited,resulting in the need for further studies to substantiate these findings in the future.
