The synergistic effect between blastocysts and endometrium is a necessary factor for establishing a successful pregnancy.The arrival of a viable embryo in the uterine cavity and endometrium in a state of receptivity are two essential prerequisites for successful embryo implantation.With the development of assisted reproductive technology,the concept of endometrial receptivity(ER)has been paid more and more attention.Especially for patients with recurrent implantation failure,accurate identification of the endometrial receptivity period can help evaluate the implantation window and improve the probability of embryo transfer.Many infertility results from endometrial related diseases.Although there are more and more studies on the related fields,there is still no internationally recognized standard to guide clinical diagnosis and treatment,which brings serious psychological and economic burdens to infertile women.Based on the clinical application of ER,this article discusses the evaluation methods of ER and the effect of endometrial-related diseases on ER.
