Research progress on the regulation mechanism of endometrial receptivity
Endometrial receptivity is the ability of the maternal endometrial to accept the embryo, which is the key factor to determine whether the embryo can be successfully implanted.Optimal endometrial receptivity is essential for embryo implantation and successful pregnancy, and is important for the maintenance of female fertility. However, its complex physiological process involves many regulatory factors, and the specific molecular mechanism has not been fully elucidated. The article reviews the regulatory mechanisms of endometrial receptivity from the aspects of immunity, hormones, epigenetic modifications and microbiota,in order to provide guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment,so as to improve pregnancy outcomes.
