RNA m6A修饰调节卵巢功能的研究进展

N6-甲基腺苷(m6A)是真核生物mRNA中最常见的化学修饰,通过调控RNA代谢、选择性剪接、降解和翻译等参与各种生物学过程。m6A成为RNA转归的关键调节因子,在细胞活动中发挥着不可替代的作用。m6A修饰受甲基转移酶"写入器"和去甲基化酶"擦除器"的动态调控,并通过不同阅读蛋白"读取器"产生不同的作用。越来越多的研究表明,m6A修饰在女性卵巢功能调控中起着重要作用。因此,本文从m6A甲基化修饰在调节卵巢功能中的作用及相关作用机制的最新研究进展进行综述。
Research progress of m6A modification on ovarian function
N6-methyladenosine(m6 A)is the most common RNA modification in eukaryotic cells,and involved in diverse physiological processes by regulating RNA metabolism,selective splicing,degradation,and translation.It becomes a key regulator of RNA fate and plays an irreplaceable role in cellular activities.The m6 A modification is coordinately regulated by methyltransferases"writers"and demethylases"erasers"and produces variable effects via"readers".Accumulating evidences have showed that m6A modifications play an important role in regulating female ovarian functions,such as ovulatory and hormone secretion.Therefore,this paper provides a review of research progress on the role of m6 A methylation modification in regulating ovarian function and related mechanisms of action in recent years.
