摘要
部分既有建筑存在能耗高,结构部件及部分设备老化等问题,结合城市更新,进行既有建筑绿色化改造,不仅可以提升建筑性能,还可以降低建筑碳排放.本文分析苏州地区既有建筑绿色化改造的现状和任务,提出相应既有建筑绿色化改造规划体系;总结归纳适宜苏州地区的相关绿色化改造技术;并从组织、技术、资金等方面提出促进苏州地区既有建筑绿色化改造工作推进措施.
Abstract
There are problems with some existing buildings,such as high energy consumption,aging structural components and equipment.Green transformation of the existing buildings in the urban renewal can not only improve the building performance but also reduce the building carbon emissions.This paper analyzes the current situations and tasks of green transformation of the existing buildings in Suzhou,and proposes a corresponding planning system for the green transformation of the existing buildings;summarizes the relevant green transformation technologies suitable for the Suzhou region;and proposes measures to promote the green transformation of the existing buildings in Suzhou from the organizational,technical,and financial aspects.
