摘要
空压机对燃料电池系统的性能和成本均影响重大.本文对燃料电池空压机的技术路线发展、离心式空压机行业竞争趋势进行了分析,剖析了基于重型商用车应用的燃料电池空压机产业技术发展趋势.结果表明,大流量、低转动惯量、大驱动电机功率及带膨胀机的离心式空压机是未来的发展方向;其市场集中度将呈现"分散→集中→分散→集中"的发展规律.
Abstract
The air compressor is a crucial component of the fuel cell air system,which significantly impacts the performance and cost of the fuel cell system.This paper analyzes the technological development of fuel cell air compressors and the competitive trends in the centrifugal air compressor industry.It anatomizes the technological development trends of fuel cell air compressors for the applications of heavy-duty commercial vehicle.The results indicate that the future direction of centrifugal air compressors will focus on achieving the high flow rates,low rotational inertia,large driving motor power,and incorporating the expansion machines.The market concentration of fuel cell air compressors will follow a pattern of"dispersion→concentration→dispersion→concentration".
