摘要
高校基本建设是学校建设的重要组成部分,当前,高校校园在完成快速规模扩张建设的同时,也已将建设的方向转向高质量发展环节的一些大型功能性配套项目.该文针对高校基建工程的特点,通过对实施阶段项目管理痛点问题进行分析,提出项目管理优化策略,并通过实际案例应用予以验证,以期为其他高校基建项目管理提供参考.
Abstract
The basic construction of universities is an important guarantee for the development of school education.At present,the university campuses,in the completion of rapid scale expansion construction,have now turned to the construction of large-scale functional supporting projects at the stage of high-quality development.This paper focuses on the characteristics of university infrastructure projects,analyzes the pain points of project management during the implementation phase,and proposes the optimization strategies for project management,which has been verified through the practical application case study,aiming to provide reference for the management of other university infrastructure projects.
