摘要
职业院校开展产教融合,对接产业发展需求培养高素质技术技能型人才,是当前和今后一个时期内我国高等职业院校改革发展和人才培养的主要任务.产教融合背景下,企业更需要具有较高的技术技能水平、可持续发展能力和创新能力的人才.沙洲职业工学院作为地方高职院校,始终坚持根植、融入、服务地方,通过"三位一体"打通校内"育人链";主动服务,融入校外"产业链",校内校外双向发力、双链融通、协同育人,精准地为地方产业发展培养了大批高素质技术技能型人才,实现了人才培养质量和社会服务能力的双提升.
Abstract
Integration of industry and education in vocational colleges,meeting the needs of industrial development and cultivating the high-quality technical and skilled talents is the main task for the reform,development,and talent cultivation of higher vocational colleges in China at present and in the future.In the context of the integration of industry and education,enterprises require the talents with higher levels of technical skills,sustainable development capabilities,and certain innovation capabilities.As a local vocational college,Shazhou Professional Institute of Technology always adheres to rooting,integrating,and serving the local community,connecting the"education chain"within the school through the"trinity";actively integrating services into the"industrial chain",efforts both on and off campus,dual chain integration,and collaborative education,to accurately cultivate a large number of high-quality technical and skilled talents for the development of local industries.A dual improvement has been achieved in the quality of talent cultivation and social service capabilities.
