苏州高职教育赋能"最美窗口"建设的要素与路径

摘要
党的二十大报告提出要努力造就更多大国工匠、高技能人才,对教育、科技、人才进行统筹安排、一体部署,吹响了加快建设教育强国的号角.江苏省委赋予苏州打造向世界展示社会主义现代化的"最美窗口",服务长三角一体化,迫切需要一大批高素质技术技能型人才.赋能的量化要素是依据,"最美窗口"的具象指标是关键.本文创建了赋能的 12个要素、"最美窗口"具象的 6 个维度,提出苏州高职院校赋能区域发展的有效路径,具有一定的实践意义.
Abstract
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposes to accelerate the construction of a great country's craftsmen and highly skilled talents,and to coordinate and deploy education,technology,and talents in an integrated manner,sounding the horn of accelerating the construction of an educational power.The Party Committee Jiangsu Province has entrusted Suzhou with creating the most beautiful window to showcase the socialist modernization to the world,serving the integration of the Yangtze River Delta,and urgently requiring a large number of high-quality technical and skilled talents.The quantitative elements of empowerment are the basis,and the concrete core indicators of the most beautiful window are the key.This paper creates 12 elements of empowerment and 6 dimensions of the most beautiful window,proposing an effective path for the development of Suzhou vocational institute's empowerment region,which is of certain practical significance.
