新时代高职院校劳动教育的现实问题与解决路径

摘要
高等职业教育是直接面向职业并通往劳动岗位的教育,劳动教育是其人才培养体系中极为关键的一环.新时代高职院校劳动教育以培育学生树立正确的劳动价值观为核心目标,以提升学生的劳动素养为主要任务.当前,高职院校劳动教育被边缘化和形式化,部分学生不珍惜劳动成果、不想劳动和不会劳动的现象普遍存在.为进一步提升高职院校劳动教育的实施成效,院校应加强劳动价值观的引导和劳动精神的培养;加强顶层设计,构建科学规范、协调一致的实施体系;注重社会各方协同共抓,形成全社会积极参与、合力育人的格局.
Abstract
Higher vocational education is directly facing the occupation and leading to the labor post education,and labor education is a very key link in its talent training system.In the new era,labor education in higher vocational colleges takes cultivating the correct labor values of higher vocational students as the core goal and improving the labor quality of higher vocational students as the main task.At present,in some higher vocational colleges,there are still some students who do not cherish the fruits of labor,do not want to work and will not work,and labor education is a marginalized and formalized phenomenon.In order to further improve the labor education in higher vocational colleges,it's necessary to strengthen the guidance of labor values and the cultivation of labor spirit,enhance the top-level design,construct a scientific,standardized and coordinated implementation system,emphasize the coordination of all social parties,and form the pattern of active participation and joint education of the whole society.
