摘要
为了进一步提高教学质量,高职院校需要结合实际情况,积极探索教育督导的有效举措,创新督导工作内容和方法,认真落实教育督导的工作要求.一是加强对教育督导的组织领导,聘用素质好、责任心强的专业能手和管理骨干担任教育督导员,抓好队伍建设;二是拓展教育督导的覆盖面,开展对理论和实践教学环节全覆盖的教育督导活动,提高师生理论联系实际的工作能力;三是注重对学生素质教育的全方位督导,增强培养学生综合素质的社会责任感,努力提升高职院校人才培养的工作水平.
Abstract
In order to further improve teaching quality,vocational colleges are expected to take practical,effective and innovative measures to meet some requirements for education supervision.The first requirement is to strengthen the coordinated leadership of the organization,professional and administrative elites with good qualities and responsibilities being employed to work as education supervisors.The second requirement is to broaden the vision of education supervision with comprehensive supervision activities covering theoretical and practical teaching aspects to enhance the working capabilities of combining theory with practice.The third requirement is to emphasize the all-round supervision of the students'qualities education,to increase the sense of social responsibility for the improvement of the students'comprehensive qualities and the vocational colleges'abilities to cultivate talents.
