摘要
高职院校关心下一代工作委员会(下文简称关工委)在培养专业技术人才方面起着重要作用.为适应新时期社会经济发展需要,关工委应当与时俱进,积极探索多元化的实践举措和工作方法.一是发挥老、中、青教职工多元化的协调作用,营造全员关心下一代、全员育人的工作合力;二是合理设计线上、线下相结合的关心下一代工作项目,探索线上、线下全面关心下一代和全面育人的有效方法;三是增加家校、校企、校内外相互联动的机会,构建全过程关心下一代和全程育人的工作机制.
Abstract
The Working Committee of Care for the Young Generation is an important department to cultivate the professional talents in the higher vocational colleges.In order to meet the requirements of social economic development,the Committee needs innovations to explore the multiple practical measures.Firstly,it ought to make full use of multiple coordination among the old,middle-aged and young faculty and staff to create the all-member cultivation atmosphere.Secondly,it should explore the on-line and off-line items combined to take comprehensive care of the young generation.Thirdly,it is required to try the all-process cultivation mechanism with more opportunities to visit the student's family,to enhance on-and-off campus cooperation.
