"双高"背景下智造技术专业"工匠型"人才培养路径和实施方法探究

摘要
中国制造要发展成中国"智造",离不开大批优秀的工匠,离不开优秀的技工人才.职业教育担负着技术技能人才培养高地的重任,由此对职业院校的人才培养提出了新的要求.文章阐述了在"双高"背景下智造技术专业"工匠型"人才培养的意义、培养路径和实施方法.提出打造"工匠型"双师队伍、落实"工匠型"人培方案、营造"工匠型"育人环境等途径加以培养;从人才培养方案的制定、育人平台的打造、课程体系的重构、人才评价体系的完善等方面加以实施.
Abstract
To develop Chinese manufacturing into Chinese"Intelligent manufacturing",it is necessary to have a large number of excellent craftsmen and skilled workers.The vocational education takes on the important task of training technical talents,which puts forward new requirements for the training of talents in vocational colleges.This paper expounds the significance,cultivation path and implementation method of craftsmen training of intellectual technology specialty under the background of"Double High".This paper proposes to build a"craftsman"dual-teacher team,implements the craftsman talent cultivation program,and creates a craftsman education environment to cultivate it,which is implemented from the formulation of talent training programs,the creation of education platforms,the reconstruction of curriculum systems,and the improvement of talent evaluation systems.
