艺术类高职院校线上线下融合式职业启蒙教育实践探索

摘要
职业启蒙教育对提高人才培养质量有着重要意义,已越来越受到社会的重视.文章指出了艺术类高职院校实施职业启蒙教育的责任和使命,分析了当前国内艺术类高职院校职业启蒙教育课程内容零散、教学模式单一、评价缺失等问题,并结合本校线上线下融合式职业启蒙教育实践探索,提出了开发专兼职教学团队、建设数字化教学资源、开发沉浸式体验课程等具体措施来提高职业启蒙教育效果.
Abstract
Vocational enlightenment education is of great significance to improving the quality of talent cultivation,and has received more and more attention from the society.This paper points out the responsibilities and missions of the implementation of vocational enlightenment education in art vocational colleges,analyzes the current problems of scattered content,single teaching mode and lack of evaluation in the current vocational enlightenment education courses of art vocational colleges in China,and puts forward specific measures to improve the effect of vocational enlightenment education,such as the development of full-time and part-time teaching teams,the construction of digital teaching resources,and the development of immersive experience courses.
