摘要
阐述市(县)域产教联合体建设的重要意义,分析苏州市(县)联合体建设过程中存在的问题,结合地方实际提出了苏州市(县)域产教联合体建设应在公益性服务基础上注重市场化运作,聚焦配套政策、运行机制、载体平台、合作模式等难点持续改进,实现市(县)域产教联合体健康可持续发展.
Abstract
Elaborate on the significant importance of constructing a industry-education consortium at the city(county)level,analyze the issues existing in the construction process of the Suzhou city(county)consortium,and propose that the construction of the Suzhou city(county)industry-education consortium should focus on market-oriented operations based on public welfare services.It is necessary to continuously improve the difficulties in supporting policies,operational mechanisms,carrier platforms,and cooperative models,in order to achieve the healthy and sustainable development of the city(county)industry-education consortium.
