低碳旅游视角下酒店管理模式分析

摘要
随着"双碳"目标的提出,低碳理念逐渐深入人心,低碳旅游也成了人们的首选方案.酒店作为旅游业的重要附属产业之一,不仅要满足旅客的舒适需求,还需积极响应低碳环保的号召.文章旨在揭示当前酒店管理在践行低碳理念过程中存在的问题,并针对性地提出改进措施与实施路径,以期推动酒店行业向低碳、环保、可持续的方向转型升级,实现经济效益与环境效益的双重提升.通过对酒店文化建设、低碳服务质量、基础设施改造、人才培养、监督机制完善及员工低碳理念培育等方面的深度分析,为我国酒店业在低碳旅游背景下的创新发展提供有力的支撑.
Abstract
With the proposal of the"dual carbon"target,the low-carbon concept has gradually become popular,and low-carbon tourism has become the first choice of people.As one of the important subsidiary industries of tourism,hotels not only need to meet the comfort needs of tourists,but also need to actively respond to the call of low-carbon environmental protection.This paper aims to reveal the problems existing in the current hotel management in the process of implementing the low-carbon concept,and puts forward targeted improvement measures and implementation paths,in order to promote the transformation and upgrading of the hotel industry to the direction of low-carbon environmental protection and sustainable development,and realize the double improvement of economic and environmental benefits through the transformation of the hotel culture construction low-carbon service quality infrastructure.The in-depth analysis of the improvement of supervision mechanism and the cultivation of low carbon concept of employees will provide strong support for the innovation development of hotel industry in our country in the background of low carbon tourism.
