摘要
本文深入分析了沥青搅拌站生产数据采集过程,提出了基于OCR(Optical Character Recognition,光学字符识别)的沥青搅拌站生产远程监控系统的技术路线,通过部署监控探头,开发图像处理软件,并现场实施,验证了该技术路线的可行性.
Abstract
This article provides an analysis of the data collection process for asphalt mixing plant production,proposes a technical route for a remote monitoring system for asphalt mixing plant production based on Optical Character Recognition(OCR).Based on this technical route,the author deploys monitoring probes,develops image processing software,and verifies the feasibility of this technical route through on-site implementation.
